Finding your Windows Device IP address and MAC Address
Method 1 - Start Menu
Open Command prompt via either method below
(Note: You may need to open as administrator via a right click before opening)
Launch the start menu and type “cmd” into the search bar
Method 2 - Run Menu
Press The Windows Key + R simultaneously to open the run menu.
In the run bar, type “cmd” and hit the ok button
Command Prompt Instructions
Once you have the command prompt open. Type or Paste the following command into command prompt and hit enter:
ipconfig /all
Once your results display, look for the IPv4 address listed in the wireless adapter.
In this example, the IP address would be 192.168.1.181
