Submitting a request on our support form automatically creates a support incident and notification for our team to serve you as quickly as possible.

You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your support request via email. On top of your ticket view, you will receive email copies of any updates to the Join team.

Size Limit: 20MB is the limit size per download.

If you’re having trouble uploading or need to submit a larger file. Let us know in your support request and the Join team will reach out to assist with your large file.
